Lilian studied employment- and organization psychology. Lilian worked as a consultant performing projects that deals with career development, mobility and labour market-issues. Since 2002 she has performed national projects for academia. In 2007 she founded Postdoc Career Development Initiative, as she wants to get the most out of careers of young scientists. She stimulates them to fully develop themselves and to use their capacities for the fact that they have much to offer to society. On behalf of PCDI she collaborates with academia, policymakers and industry to enhance the professional and career development of postdocs and PhD students in life sciences and technology.
